Outcome 4:    The ability to apply creativity in the design of systems,
components or processes in the marine environment.
Outcome 5:    The ability to function effectively and lead teams.
Outcome 6:    The ability to apply the principles of fluid mechanics,
                      hydrostatic stability, solid mechanics, materials,
dynamics, electrical engineering and energy analysis to
technical problems related to marine equipment, systems
                      and vehicles.

Outcome 7:    The ability to communicate effectively in a technical
   environment.

Outcome 8:    Recognition of the need for and an ability to engage in
lifelong learning, including the need for updating
