Services
The Cashier's Office is responsible
for the billing and collection of
student fees, and other campus services
such as parking permits and disbursing
payroll checks.
Current Cal Maritime students can see their
account summary online. Changes to
your fees can be made through the
enrollment process - adding a class or
dropping a class, or by contacting the
cashier - change in meal plans, moving
off-campus, adding a parking permit.
STUDENT FEE DISCLAIMER - The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
In Spring 2009, Cal Maritime introduced a new statement format called “e-bills”. A statement is now available to view. Please log in today to view your statement - my statement. You’ll need your 9-digit CMA Student ID number and the last four digits of your social security number. If you do not have a social security number, your password is the MMDD of your birth. Select "Your Account" from the top navigation bar and then select "Your Bills".
If you would like a parent or other responsible party to receive notices, you can setup a login for them on the "Your Account" page under "Parent PINs". Be sure to include their email address and check the box that allows them to receive billing notifications. When a statement is ready to view, each of you will receive an email notification.
