Exit Loan Counseling

Exit Loan Counseling is one of the regulations required for all students who receive Stafford or Perkins Loans. Please go to the following link in order to complete this requirement for Stafford Loans. You should not have your transcripts released until this requirement is completed.

If you received Stafford Subsidized or Unsubsidized Loans, login to www.edfund.org, click on ED TE$T in the upper right corner, then CA, Cal Maritime, and you want to complete the Stafford Loan Exit Test.
 

If you received Perkins Loans at Cal Maritime,  please go to the following link to complete your Exit Loan Counseling www.ecsi.net. ECSI is the Perkins Serviicer which Cal Maritime uses for Pekins Loans. If you are ready to graduate, please use the letter which ECSI sent to you to login and complete your Exit Loan Counseling. You will need relatives' and references' names, addresses, and phone numbers, i.e., how to contact you after you leave Cal Maritime. You will also need to pass a Perkins Loan test.
