Fiscal Services

Welcome to the Cal Maritime’s Fiscal Services Homepage. Part of Cal Maritime's Administration and Finance Division, the Fiscal Services Department provides accounting services to Cal Maritime's students, staff, and faculty. These services include cashiering, student accounts, accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, trust accounting, general accounting, property, financial reporting, and procurement. Fiscal Services is responsible for ensuring that all accounting, reporting, and reconciliation functions are performed in accordance with applicable law and policy, while at the same time providing the highest possible level of service to the campus community.

The Office of the University Controller is located in the Administration Building. Office hours are 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday.
