How do I login in WebCT to see my classes?

Go to the WebCT home page and click the Login Button. You will be taken to the login screen. Your login credentials are the same as your Email and Network login and password.

 

How do I see the students that are enrolled in my class?

While in the Designer mode, Select Control Panel --> Manage Course-->Manage Students

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why don't changes to my class roster show up in WebCT?

WebCT course data is based on the information that Student Records inputs into PeopleSoft. If Student Records has not input your course changes into PeopleSoft, the changes will not appear in WebCT. If your course changes have been input into PeopleSoft by Student Records, allow a minimum of 24 hours for the changes to appear in WebCT.

I've made changes to my WebCT course, but student keep saying they don't see the changes.

Make sure that you click  Update Student View anytime you change or add content to a Course Content module. To do this select:

Control Panel -->Update Student View

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Whenever I open or download a file, my screen is blank.
