Telecommunications

The Telecommunication Department is responsible for all campus telecommunication needs-including telephones, voice mail, pagers, cell phones and telephone billing.  The Fujitsu PBX switch and new VoIP system are maintained by Telecommunications.  Our office is located in what was formerly the Admissions Building.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Employee Discount

AT&T Wireless is offering 15% employee discount for all CSU employees on their personal cell phone accounts.  This discount only applies to the voice monthly rate plan and not the equipment or accessories.   To receive the discount you must show I.D. that shows you are a Maritime employee and give them our FAN number .  Please contact Donna Lichty.

Using an iPhone?

Question: How do I set up the mail function on my iPhone the Cal Maritime email service?

Answer: Cal Maritime users a front-end/back-end Exchange server solution. The front-end server is https:\\cmamail.csum.edu\exchange whereas the back-end server is cmaexchange. Any one connecting form the outside must use cmamail.csu.edu address. However, if you are inside the campus network you can connect to the cmaexchange server.
