WHO WE ARE:

Quality Improvement promotes continuous quality and productivity improvement in the California State University.

WHAT WE DO:

  • Systematic identification and transfer of best practices

  • Quality enhancement strategies and frameworks

  • Assessment of customer needs and satisfaction

  • Process measurement and evaluation tools

  • Outcomes assessment and performance measures

  • Campus and/or system-wide collaboration

SURVEY:

Cal Maritime participated in the 2004, 2007and 2008 QI surveys which produced useful results.
