providing each of our students a quality
education founded in intellectual
learning, applied technology, and
leadership development, all in a global
context, we depend on our friends to
provide added resources to the Academy.
Nationwide, individual and corporate
giving make up nearly 80 percent of the
gifts to colleges and universities. Your
support has enabled us to significantly
increase our scholarship funds, break
ground on new buildings, add new
equipment to our technical laboratories,
and begin to research and archive our
rich maritime heritage. To put it
simply, your gifts significantly define
the margin of our success as an
institution.
