Dining On Campus

Whether you're looking for a full meal or a quick bite between classes, you'll find a dining choice that suits your mood and pocketbook.

The Dining Hall serves meals seven days a week during the academic sessions. Meals are designed to be nutritious and offer a wide selection to satisfy every student’s palate. During the lunch and dinner hour a salad bar, deli bar and soups are offered along with vegetarian entrées and hot and cold entrées with trimmings, as well as an extensive beverage selection and Mom’s famous dessert bar. Weekday breakfast choices include eggs-to-order, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, fresh fruit and juices, bagels, cold and hot cereals, and beverages. Occasionally, dinner meals are served as an outdoor barbecue. Weekend brunches include omelets made to order along with a salad and deli bar, and the usual breakfast fare.

Cal Maritime requires all students living in the residence halls to participate in a meal plan. The choices are 19-meals per week or 15 meals per week. Students living off campus may purchase a meal plan or purchase individual meals.

Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Weekends
Brunch: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Morrow Cove Café offers breakfast and lunch service Monday through Friday. Located inside the comfortable student center, students, faculty and staff enjoy a light meal indoors, maybe catching up on email at one of the free computers, or dining al fresco along the waterfront. Start the morning off right with a coffee beverage and pastry or breakfast burrito. When you’re too busy for a hot meal in the dining hall, the Grab ‘N Go lunch option is appealing. Just swipe your meal card, use your campus One Card or cash and compose your sack lunch choosing from fresh sandwiches, salads, beverages, fruit and desserts.
