Transfer Student Admission
Requirements
Cal Maritime accepts
both lower and upper division
transfer students, and an
Associate’s Degree is not required
for transferring. Due to the
specialized nature of coursework at
Cal Maritime, several majors require
a four-year commitment of study,

Bachelor’s Degree and/or have many
transfer units. Thus, we encourage
students to transfer to Cal Maritime
as soon as possible.
