Endorsements and Moral Support for The NHFP

Organizations which have offered their endorsement or moral support

To date, The Nikki Hospice Foundation for Pets has received moral support from several organizations who endorse the principles of our mission and have expressed their recognition of our deep commitment to this progressive and humane program. Most notably, The Ark Trust, through its Executive Director, Dr. Michael Giannelli, has expressed its earnest support for the pioneering work we have initiated. We are indebted to them for their encouragement and constant inspiration. JivDaya, the Humane Society for Mercy Towards Animals, through its president, Mr. Narendra Sheth, has also expressed interest in our endeavors and has sent us an official letter of support. The Latham Foundation, which promotes respect for all life through education, does not, as a matter of policy, endorse other organizations, but has nonetheless commended us for our commitment to strengthening the human animal bond, and we are grateful for their kind words. Ms. Mary O'Herron, Director of the Benicia-Vallejo Humane Society, has also shown strong support for The NHFP and has offered to be of assistance to us in our local endeavors. Ms. Bonnie Mader, Director of the Pet Loss Support Group hot-line at UC Davis, has indicated her willingness to help spread the word about our initiative and has been a very staunch supporter.  To these friends and supporters, our heartfelt thanks and gratitude. As our website grows, we hope to be able to count many more organizations and individuals among those who have already given us their backing and their approval.
