Student Records:: Degree and Enrollment Verifications

Verification Requests

The National Student Clearinghouse is now Cal Maritime's authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications.  If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting this information, please visit www.studentclearinghouse.org.

Currently Enrolled Students

Students may bring Enrollment Verification requests directly to the Student Records Office for processing.  Students may also print their own Enrollment Verification Report via Online Services.  However, if verification needs to be official, student must submit a signed request form to the Student Records Office.
