Students who would like to apply for VA
Educational Benefits, or who need to request
a change in program or place of
training, can obtain VA forms directly
from the GI Bill Website. It is
recommended that students apply directly
online for initial approval, or if
changing schools.

Otherwise, the
student can print out the PDF forms
below and mail them directly to the
Department of Veterans Affairs.

Once a student becomes eligible
(approved) to receive VA Educational
Benefits, the student should submit this
completed form to the Student Records
Office in order to start the Enrollment
