While on his engine rotation, Deck Cadet Arthur Amon gets a tour of the engine room by Cadet Michael Hoffman.

As Zihuatanejo was an anchor port, the number nine boat had to make multiple trips each day escorting students and staff ashore.  During that time it sustained some minor damage.  Here, Cadet Michael Hess works on the repairs.
