Cal Maritime has
entered into exchange agreements with a number of Maritime
Universities across the world (current
list).
Because the agreements for exchange
differ dramatically from institution to
institution, it is imperative that
individuals begin the process far in advance
of the application deadlines. What
follows is a list of materials, divided
into four sections, that must be
compiled and used as an application form
to be filed with the Visiting & Exchange
Program
coordinator. This application form will
take the shape of a folder, which should
have the following information:

Foreign Language Competency Form
___ Letter of Acceptance from Host
University

Finance
___ Evidence of
overseas housing documentation
(photocopy or email)

Services including:

Statement from Physician
___
Emergency Treatment Form
___
Appropriate Immunization
IV. Travel Documents
___ Copy of Passport
___
Visa (if necessary)
