The Administration & Finance Division of the California Maritime Academy provides operational and management services to facilitate the effective and efficient use of physical, financial, safety, technological and human resources in a manner that positively affects the students, faculty and staff, and supports Cal Maritime's mission to be recognized as a leading educational institution within the CSU.

Sarah Song, CPA joined the California Maritime Academy in September 2014. In her role as Budget Director, she is responsible for the planning, development, and administration of the University's State, enterprise, grant, and bond fund budgets, ensures fiscal compliance for post award grants, and oversees the University's debt management.
Sarah brings to Cal Maritime more than 18 years of finance and managerial experiences, both in higher education and in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Cal Maritime, she served as the Director of Budget Planning and Administration at CSU Fullerton for over nine years, and as Controller at USC University Hospital. Sarah is a CPA and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with accounting concentration, at California State University, Sacramento. Information Technology Consultant
Nick Radonich joined the California Maritime Academy in October 2014. In his role as Information Technology Consultant, he will provide IT Support/Help Desk assistance to faculty, staff and students.
Nick has been in the Information Technology field for over 17 years, in a mix of both Service Desk and PC Hardware support roles. When not working, his hobbies include working on cars, and flying RC Quad Copters.
