In January the Career Center hosts our annual Career Fair on campus. It is a great opportunity to meet with different employers. Most of our recruiters are also part of our Co-op & Commercial Cruise programs. All students are expected to attend, Bring your resume and ask questions.
Presentations are held throughout the year. These presentations are aimed to educating students about a specific companies and how they can get hired. All students are encouraged to attend.
Dress for Success
Is a workshop in which students learn the basics of building a professional wardrobe. Topics also include proper interview attire.

Career & Community Partner Expo
This Expo is for non-profit, government agencies, graduates schools and volunteer seeking organizations. This event is an opportunity for student to talk to recruiters regarding their organizations.
Is an informational event where a panel of industry professionals gathers for a Q&A session. Professionals include: Ships Agents, Port Superintendents, Underwriters, Customs Brokers and much more.
Sessions are held to discuess the technique of networking and the importants of small talk. The Career Center can also help with the creation of business cards.
