Report Sexual Misconduct

File a Report

Safety of our campus community is the University’s primary focus. When a complaint is received, the Title IX Coordinator will conduct an initial assessment to provide an preliminary response to the complaint. The assessment will consider the nature of the complaint; the safety of the individuals involved and of the campus community, and the complainant’s expressed preference for resolution.

The policy and procedure followed will depend on the wishes of the complaining party, the relationship of the complainant and respondent to the campus, and the safety of the campus community.

Note: The use of alcohol or drugs never makes the victim at fault for Sexual Violence. Moreover, victims should not be deterred from reporting incidents of Sexual Violence out of a concern that they might be disciplined for related violations of drug, alcohol or other University policies. Except in extreme circumstances, victims of Sexual Violence shall not be subject to discipline for related violations of University policy.
