Start the Symptom Check

Campus is open to essential faculty, staff, and cadets who are directly connected with instructional programming and support functions during the fall semester. The campus will be restricted to all other personnel in order to achieve our educational objectives while ensuring the health and safety of the campus community. For more information see: Cal Maritime COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information.

The Cal Maritime Healthy Campus Daily COVID-19 Symptom Check must be completed by all Cal Maritime cadets, faculty, staff, and community members who reside or plan to visit campus on a given day. Cadets residing on campus must complete the check every day.

Individuals with symptoms or questions are advised to contact a medical professional immediately.

  • Cadets should contact the Student Health Center at 707-654-1170 and can access a nurse advice line after hours
  • Employees should contact their personal Medical provider and advise their supervisor

Individuals that pass the daily symptom check will receive a mobile friendly e-mail confirmation that they are approved for that day. Staff from Student Affairs, Human Resources, and the Office of the Commandant will see if the symptom check was completed on a given day but will not see the responses to the screening questions. Cadets living on campus who do not complete the symptom check by 10:00 will be contacted to check they are OK.
