I am native to Southern California and moved to Vallejo, CA in 2013 to attend Cal Maritime. While at Cal Maritime I earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Logistics and a Master’s degree in Transportation & Engineering Management. Similar to many alumni, I have a strong interest in the maritime industry and was able to gain experience sailing as an Intern Junior Supply Officer with Military Sealift Command and work as a Ship Agent with 2 major Shipping Agencies. In 2018, I accepted the position as a Career Coordinator with a desire to share the knowledge that I received from Cal Maritime and my other experiences. In this role, I have the opportunity to assist students and alumni through all aspects of their career and internship placement process. During my free time I enjoy exercising, traveling, home improvement projects, and trying out new restaurants (my favorite is Gott’s Roadside in Napa).
