What to Bring - Engineering Majors

 

Bring clothes that will meet your basic needs. While on campus, students are required to wear their uniforms for the majority of the time, so there is no need for too many clothes. Vallejo enjoys a mild climate year round with winters generally being a little cooler.

Bedding

  • Twin sheets for TSGB
  • Extra Long Twin Sheets (Beds are 80” X34”)
  • Pillow(s) and Pillow Case(s)
  • Blanket and/or Comforter
  • Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Wash Cloths
  • Bathrobe
  • Small Toiletry Tote to carry to the bathroom
  • Shower Shoes

Basics

  • Alarm Clock
  • Athletic Clothing and equipment
  • Book Bag or Knapsack
  • Flashlight and Pocket Knife
  • Personal Toiletries
  • Surge Protector for electronics
  • Wristwatch
  • Black Socks
  • Combination or keypad lock for desk and wardrobe

  • Bicycle (storage not permitted on TSGB)
  • Personal Computer (laptop recommended instead of desk top)
