This checklist is designed to be printed and used as a reference.
To monitor the submission of items, go to your "To Do" list within your PeopleSoft Student Center. You can access that from your Student Portal by clicking on "Sign In" in the upper-right corner of this page, entering your MyCalMaritime Portal, and clicking the "PeopleSoft - Student Services" icon in the left-hand navigation of the page. The "To Do" list will be updated regularly, beginning in mid-January. Once an item has been received by a campus department, it will be removed from the "To Do" list. Please note that all health forms need to be printed and submitted to the Student Health Center (address below).
