Follow These Steps to Choose Cal Maritime
and Save your Space for Fall 2020 


Coronoavirus Impact on Deadlines and the Process of Saving Your Space at Cal Maritime After Being Admitted (updated 3-23-2020)

We hope you are healthy and adapting well to the ever-evolving impacts of the Coronavirus outbreak facing all of us. Normally, this semester would be an exciting time of taking steps in preparation of selecting which college to attend in the fall. That excitement has probably taken a backseat to anxiousness about how your spring semester will be completed and when life can get back to normal.

We understand this, and our office will provide you with all the flexibility we can regarding the process of selecting Cal Maritime and saving your space here. Let us know your needs by emailing us at admission@csum.edu or by calling us at 707-654-1330. We continue to be open during normal business hours whether you are reaching us in our office or while working from home.

  • If needed, an extension of the May 1st deadline can be granted for completing the Intent to Enroll form, paying the enrollment deposit, or submitting the Housing Agreement.
  • Let us know if you need a waiver from the $500 enrollment deposit or an adjustment to your financial aid package because of recent financial difficulties.
  • The deadline for submitting health forms can be extended if you cannot get an appointment for your doctor to complete your health forms by the May 1 deadline
