Ø Effective August 20, 2012, Track-IT! our new IT Support Center System will be used to track all of your Information Technology support needs.
Ø All HelpDesk, PeopleSoft, Telecommunication Tickets and IT Project and Service Requests will all be tracked in Track-IT!
Ø If you send an email to the HelpDesk or PeopleSoft tickets, it will automatically send you an email with the URL to file a ticket with Track-IT!
Ø If you do not have access to a computer or have any questions, you can call the HelpDesk at (707) 654-1048 and we will file a ticket on your behalf.
Ø If you are off campus, you can always send a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org and the IT Support Staff will assist in generating the ticket.
All system access requests that require paperwork can be scanned and attached to the ticket. The appropriate manager can approve it online. A link with all the available forms will be provided in Track-IT!
A knowledgebase is available for the users to search for resolutions to common issues. For example: how to map drives, reset passwords, connect to a printer, etc.
