The Department of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion supports the goals and objectives of the University through the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource programs, policies, and processes which include; the recruitment, development, and retention of diverse, competent, and talented academic, professional, and support personnel.
The Department of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for payroll, personnel and labor relations services for faculty, staff, administrators, librarians, counselors, and coaches, instructional student assistant employees as well as student and work-study assistants. Services performed in the Department of Human Resources are mandated by University policy, trustee policy, memoranda of understanding, and state and federal statues and regulations.
