About me: I am an applied mathematician with a passion for teaching and mathematical biology. My mathematical career started at UC-Berkeley where I majored in pure mathematics with a minor in statistics. I went on to pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in applied mathematics with a minor in computational biochemistry under the supervision of Professor Paul Milewski. Before coming to Cal Maritime, I was a postdoctoral scholar at Tulane University in the Center for Computational Science, where I was teaching and studying biological fluid mechanics problems in collaboration with Professors Lisa Fauci and Ricardo Cortez.

Please see my Teaching and Research pages for more information. If you are a student interested in working on an independent research project in applied math, please email me.
