Spring 2024 APPLICATIONS FOR GRADUATION ARE AVAILABLE IN PEOPLESOFT
2024 Commencement Ceremony is May 4, 2024.
Not sure if you are ready to graduate? Review your Curriculum Roadmap against your Academic Requirements report in PeopleSoft. View instructions on how to view your Academic Requirements Report. Please meet with your faculty advisor to review all major requirements. If declaring a minor, please meet with your minor advisor to review requirements.
Schedule for application for graduation
Application opens on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Deadline to submit the application is Friday, March 1st.
Note: Once you apply for graduation, you will activated to register for courses in the the term following your "graduation term". Please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@csum.edu for assistance with determining your graduation term.
If you've taken degree applicable courses at another institution(s), please make sure that you have ordered official transcripts to be sent to Cal Maritime's Office of the Registrar upon completion of the course(s).
Please verify your mailing address in PeopleSoft, as this will be the address to which your diploma will be sent. If your address needs to be updated, please go to your student center and update the mailing address.
Diplomas will be mailed approximately 6-8 weeks after degrees are posted.
