The Office of the Registrar supports the goals of the university by communicating and administering academic policies and procedures that support student success, teaching, learning and institutional research. The office is accountable for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of academic records. In addition to academic record maintenance, some of our primary responsibilities are registration, course scheduling, processing student forms, grade posting, verification of enrollment and degree, official transcript production and readmission.

The office provides efficient and knowledgeable services to our students, faculty, staff, alumni, military veterans and the United States Coast Guard in a timely, confidential and cooperative manner in accordance with institutional policies and federal laws.

Important Dates and Announcements

Spring 2024

March 25 - Advising Period for Fall 2024 begins.

April 1 - Cesar Chavez Day (University Closed)

April 8 - 19 - Fall 2024 Registration Period

Class standing is based upon completed units at the time of registration. 

Priority– Monday, April 8th

Priority groups are cadets enrolled in the ROTC program, cadets identified by the Office of Disability Services, veterans and cadet-athletes on scholarship.

Seniors including PBACs (90+ completed units) – Tuesday,  April 9th

Juniors (60-89.5 completed units) – Wednesday, April 10th

Sophomores (30-59.5 completed units) – Thursday, April 11th

Freshmen (0-29.5 completed units) – Friday, April 12th

Registration will remain open through Friday, April 19th.

April 26 - Last day of Instruction for Spring 2024

April 29, 30 and May 1,2 - Final Exam Period

May 4 - Commencement Ceremony

NEW LOCATION: The Registrar's Office is located in Mayo Hall, 1st Floor.

Staff are available in-person, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and by telephone, e-mail and Zoom.  Closed weekends and holidays.

Schedule an appointment via The Passport. We provide in-person appointments, drop-in hours and virtual appointments.
