The Office of the Registrar supports the goals of the university by communicating and administering academic policies and procedures that support student success, teaching, learning and institutional research. The office is accountable for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of academic records. In addition to academic record maintenance, some of our primary responsibilities are registration, course scheduling, processing student forms, grade posting, verification of enrollment and degree, official transcript production and readmission.

The office provides efficient and knowledgeable services to our students, faculty, staff, alumni, military veterans and the United States Coast Guard in a timely, confidential and cooperative manner in accordance with institutional policies and federal laws.

Important Dates and Announcements

Fall 2022

October 26 - Academic Advising for Spring 2023 begins 

November 7 -18 - Spring 2023 Registration Period

Registration appointments are posted in the PeopleSoft Student Center.

Cadets must be approved for registration by a faculty advisor prior to registering for classes. Cadets may contact their assigned faculty advisor to make an appointment. The faculty advisor is listed in the Peoplesoft Student Center.

The registration order is as follows (Registration for each class opens at midnight 12:00 a.m. or 0000 Zero hundred hours):

Class standing is based upon completed units at the time of registration. 

Priority– Monday, November 7

Seniors (90+ completed units) – Tuesday, November 8

Juniors (60-89.5 completed units) – Wednesday, November 9

Sophomores (30-59.5 completed units) – Thursday, November 10

Freshmen (0-29.5 completed units) – Friday, November 11

Registration will remain open until Friday, November 18.

November 11 - Veterans Day (University closed)

November 24 -25  - Thanksgiving Holiday recess (University closed)

Spring 2023 General Education Course List - The highlighted courses will be offered during the Fall 2022 semester.

Spring 2023 Course Requisite List -  all courses with limits on registration access. 

The Registrar's Office is located in the Student Services Building next to The Bistro. Staff are available Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and by telephone, e-mail and Zoom.
