Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar supports the goals of the university by communicating and administering academic policies and procedures regarding student success, teaching, learning and institutional research. The office is accountable for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of academic records. In addition to academic record maintenance,  our primary responsibilities are registration, course scheduling, processing student forms, grade posting, verification of enrollment and degree, official transcript production, graduation and degree posting and readmission.

We serve students, faculty, staff, alumni, military veterans and the United States Coast Guard in a timely, confidential and cooperative manner in accordance with institutional policies and federal laws.

Important Dates and Announcements

Fall 2024

August 13 through August 20 - Fall 2024 Registration is open.

August 21 - First day of Instruction Fall 2024.

August 21 - September 4 - Drop/Add Period. Registration by permission number.

Staff are available in-person, by telephone, e-mail or Zoom, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
