Ahoy!
TSGB arrived in Kauai on Saturday, May 24th after a quick 11 day stretch at sea. The weather on our way to Hawaii was favorable and everyone was excited and ready to get to our next port and explore. We were greeted at Nawiliwili with beautiful lush green scenery, misty rainbows, and gorgeous clear blue water.
Early morning arrival prep...

All smiles as we pulled into Nawiliwili Harbor~
Rainbows were plentiful!
We were surrounded by beautiful green hills upon our arrival.
A big shout out and special thank you to our Pilots, Captain Sinclair Brown and Captain David Oh (pictured here with Cadets Malu Wright and Sarai Shepherd) along with the Hawaii Pilots Association for their continued support of Cal Maritime, Training Ship Golden Bear, and most importantly - our Cadets!
Fair winds and following seas...
