President Cropper attended the 44th Annual Silver Bell Awards, in New York, where the Seamen’s Church Institute recognized the contributions to the future of the maritime industry by honoring the America’s maritime academies. The maritime academies collectively received this award for “their unique roles in educating a diverse, talented community of young mariners in the nautical sciences, marine and systems engineering, and supply chain and intermodal logistics.”
