The Department of Environmental Health & Safety supports the entire campus and all organizations and programs associated with Cal Maritime. The Mission of the Department is to provide both a collaborative approach as well as an independent and objective assurance designed to enhance and improve the University's operations. The EH&S Department supports the Cal Maritime mission and goals by applying a systematic approach to evaluating and assessing environmental protection, employee safety, and stewardship processes. We strive for excellence through continuous improvement strategies.
Annual Compliance Reports: Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy, Fire Safety Report, and Campus Safety Plan
Pursuant to the Clery Act and Califorina State law. The Annual Security Report and the Campus Housing Fire Safety Report are due annually by October 1 and include crime statistics for the prior three calendar years. The Security report is provided below. The annual Campus Safety Plan is due by December 31 and includes safety initiatives from the last 18 months and crime prevention and safety programming planned for the next two years.
