Pearls of Power (POP) is a two-day conference focused on supporting the success of women in maritime, transportation, and related industries such as business, policy, and engineering. The conference is open to all interested parties, and will feature programming for current students, recent graduates, and mid-career professionals. POP offers excellent opportunities for career exploration, professional development, and networking for women and those who venture to support them. The POP program is designed to help attendees develop the skills to "pop" in any personal or professional environment.
