Oceanography International Experience Program

Global awareness is one of four compass points that guide Cal Maritime's academic programs.  Each summer, cadets working towards their degree in Oceanography particiapte in a three unit Internaional Experience course.  A recent trip to Roatan, Honduras focused on tropical marine ecology and the challenges of balancing heathy ecosystems and a thriving tourist economy.
