Paying the $500 Enrollment Deposit
Paying the Deposit after May 3:
Please note: Due to space limitations, deposits sent after May 3 will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please contact the Admission Office at (707) 654-1332 or email@example.com to confirm that space is available in your major before attempting to submit your deposit.

Please note that the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
You'll need your Cal Maritime Student ID# and the last 4 numbers of your Social Security # for access Students who did not submit a Social Security Number should use the month and day (MMDD) of their birth for the password.
Pay by E-Check
The E-Check (Electronic Check) Option allows you to pay your fees by withdrawing funds directly from your checking or savings account. There is no service fee when paying by E-Check.
Pay by Credit or Debit Card
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, the campus has contracted with CASHNet SmartPay to accept your payments. CASHNet SmartPay accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. CASHNet charges a 2.75% fee on all credit and debit card transactions. All credit and debit card transactions must be processed online. Cal Maritime does not accept credit or debit card payments over the phone or in person.
Pay by Check
You may send checks or money orders to the Cal Maritime Admission Office. Make checks payable to "Cal Maritime." Be sure to include your Cal Maritime student ID number on the memo line.
Set up a Parent PIN
A student may opt to assign a login to a parent or other 3rd party to make online payments for fees, receive email notifications of bills and review account activity. Once logged into CASHNet, select Your Account on the top navigation bar and then select Parent PINs to add a new login and make the selections for this person's access to your account information.
