Cal Maritime is committed to support the health and wellness of our students. Health forms have been updated to include an opportunity for healthcare providers to record COVID-19 vaccination information. 

As an admitted student, you are required to complete a series of vaccinations and health forms that can be accessed on the Student Health Center website. Please review the required information and complete by the provided deadline.
