The Flex Time challenge invites you to stretch for 100 minutes during the month, that is only 3-5 minutes a day.

Stretching Exercises

Stretching is a natural impulse that is good for you especially if you work at a desk. The key to this is pay attention to that urge to loosen up and use it to your benefit. When you stretch it increases your blood flow and elasticity and decreases tightness in your tendons and muscles. When you feel emotionally stressed a short stretching break can do wonders. Simply lifting your arms overhead and creating length in your body can give you a much-needed break.
